By registering an account, accessing, or using the v380 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

V380 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. v380 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a lapse in security on the user's part.
You are required to notify the v380 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the v380 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, disrupt platform operations, or cause harm to other users. Platform abuse — including attempts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) — is strictly prohibited.
Specifically Prohibited Activities
- Providing false information during registration or financial transactions
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity
- Attempting to transfer account balances to unauthorised third parties
- Using any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
- Disrupting or damaging the v380 platform's technical infrastructure
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content on the platform
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, account balance freeze pending investigation, and legal action where applicable.
Payment Policy & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the v380 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are legitimate and sourced lawfully in accordance with applicable law.
Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made using a valid payment method registered under the same account holder's name. v380 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit that raises suspicion or violates the platform's financial policy. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. v380 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.

Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy

V380 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. v380's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
The v380 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the service available 24 hours a day, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or other defects that may affect the user experience.
Account Suspension & Closure
V380 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
- Opening multiple accounts under the same individual
- Failure to submit requested verification documents
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
Any balance in an account closed due to fraud or a terms violation may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. v380 will determine the distribution of the balance subject to the findings of that investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content on the v380 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of v380 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The v380 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. v380 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
V380 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through final negotiation or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
